Christina Abraham, MD

Christina Abraham, MD is double-board certified and fellowship trained in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine. Dr. Abraham received her Bachelor of Science degree Magna Cum Laude from Creighton University. After graduating from the University of Arizona College of Medicine, she completed her residency in the highly regarded Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Rochester Medical Center/Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY, where she had the honor of being appointed as Chief Resident during her final year. During her residency she was awarded the prestigious “Spirit of Carol” Award for outstanding care, compassion and humanistic qualities towards patients as well as the “Excellence in Resident Seminars” Award.

Dr. Abraham enjoys spending time with her family, travelling and maximizing health with both diet and exercise and incorporates healthy lifestyle choices as part of her overall treatment plans. She shares in her husband’s vision to not only provide the latest in medical technology and advancements in the field of spine care to her patients but also to provide compassionate care and take a holistic treatment approach to each and every patient.

Dr. Abraham performs interventional treatments including epidural steroid injections, selective nerve root blocks, facet joint steroid injections, medial branch blocks, medial branch radiofrequency ablation, sacroiliac joint steroid injections, hip/shoulder, knee joint injections among others.
