Financial Policy/Patient Billing

For your convenience we accept cash, check and most major credit cards. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at Blue Bell Office Phone Number 267-462-4505. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.

Upon the rendering of professional services we will submit a claim to your insurance company for the services we provided. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame.

Please note: There will be a $30.00 fee for any returned checks.

Referrals and Authorizations

You must obtain a referral from your physician (primary care doctor or other referring doctor) prior to your appointment.

If your insurance company requires authorization for a visit to a specialist you must also obtain this authorization number prior to your visit.

Cancellations and No Shows

In order to remain efficient and provide the best care to everyone in our community we kindly ask that if you need to cancel your appointment please allow at least 24 hours advance notice. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance or fail to show up for your appointment a $30.00 charge will be assessed.

If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment at the Blue Bell Surgery Center, please allow at least 48 hours advance notice so that we may accommodate other patients that may need our services. If you cancel a procedure appointment less than 48 hours in advance or fail to show up for your appointment a $100.00 charge will be assessed.

NOTE: If you fail to show up for your appointment on three occasions, you will not have the opportunity to schedule another appointment.
